We have the authorization of the Government to make shipments within Lima, provinces and internationally (subject to changes according to provisions).
Our communication will be timely in contacting you for the indications of our protocol and packaging for shipments, taking care of everyone’s safety, as well as indicating the delivery date of your order by tracking it.
There may be delays, that’s why our delivery time for orders is estimated at 3 weeks. The delays respond to the restrictions in which we find ourselves, set by the government.
International shipments, duties or taxes that are generated by the entry of the products will be assumed by the customer.
Our efforts are being maximum for the satisfaction of our clients despite the complex situation.

2.OUR SHIPMENTS ARE READY FOR YOU AND IN YOUR HOME
Your purchase will reach you safely.
We deliver you your purchase 2 meters away while using a mask and gloves.
The purchase is disinfected before the delivery and at the time of the delivery.
No physical documents are delivered.
Payments are via transfer, bank accounts or via web.
3.RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Within Perú and due to the national situation, changes will be accepted up to 15 calendar days from the date your order arrives. These are carried out with prior coordination through our communication channels (whatsapp, online chat and email).
By company policies, after said date the product will not be subject to change or return.
The company does not make money refunds. Changes to sales made from outside of Perú are not accepted.
In case you want to make a change, Rochi Kahn does not cover shipping and return costs.
Purchase changes can be made 1 time only.
Changes are made only with the ticket/bill of the sale or the copy if it’s a gift. Changes are accepted only if the product is in perfect condition and in the same way as it was delivered, with the original packaging and in good condition.
Changes for a bigger amount than the original purchase will be made by the customer paying the difference.
Changes always originate the issuance of a credit note that supports the operation, which will be valid for 1 day. If the credit is not used in its entirety the same day, it is without effect.
4.PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR PRESALE
Our designs available for pre-sale will have a gradual production time according to the order orders, as well as sent gradually and our communication will be personalized. The estimated time is 4 weeks.
If the customer has purchased products in presale and in stock in the same purchase order, we will wait to receive the products in presale to make the total shipment.
The customer has the option of choosing to separate the presale and stock shipments, however, they’ll have to make an additional payment for the corresponding shipment.
5.ABOUT TAXES OR FEES
It’s important to consider that international shipments may have additional charges (taxes and fees) once the shipment reaches your country. Rochi KAHN cannot predict what these amounts will be, as they are determined by Customs in each country.
The client must pay any additional charges requested by the corresponding authorities. Contacting Customs will help you to know the amount of tax-free imports determined in your country and / or to calculate how much you will have to pay in taxes for the item you are purchasing.
In the event that the customer decides not to receive their order due to additional charges determined by Customs, Rochi Kahn reserves the right to charge the costs of both shipping and return of the product, as well as any additional amount generated by Customs.
